Want to work in a dynamic team at the forefront of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) with the beautiful Austrian Alps at your doorstep?
Interested in molecular biology and technological innovation? Are you organized and have good interpersonal skills? We are looking for an internal sales manager for our growing NGS Unit. The main task is accompanying customers from the first contact to billing, ensuring smooth case management. Primary working language is English.
Main responsibilities:
· Making and keeping contact to customers, streamlining communication
· Relaying customer requests to in-house experts
· Creating quotes, price calculations & billing
· Process tracking using dedicated Process Management platforms
· Following tender announcements
· Participating in marketing strategy development
· Writing and reviewing relevant SOPs
Qualifications/background:
· BSc in life sciences (molecular biology, biotechnology or other relevant field) is desired; basic knowledge of molecular biology, eagerness to learn is a must
· Interest in new technologies
· Experience in management software is an advantage
· Able to perform well under pressure and quickly adopt to new conditions
· Ability to work independently and precisely
· Result oriented and an excellent team player with high-level prioritization skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
· Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German
